Dan Saint

Dan is the Managing Director of the Great Lakes Region for the global professional services firm Jefferson Wells. Since joining the firm in 2005, his office has twice been office of the year, has received the Manpower Power Award for Operational Excellence and was named on the Detroit Free Press Best Places to Work.
Formerly, he served as CFO and then COO of San Francisco based technology company XUMA. Dan was a partner at Deloitte, where he led the Enterprise Risk Management Practice. He has worked at Federal-Mogul as General Auditor and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and at Chrysler in corporate finance, international operations, activity based costing and organizational learning. Dan began his career as an infantry officer in the US Army 82nd Airborne Division.
Dan serves on the faculty of University Detroit Mercy and Lawrence Technological University where he also serves on the Boards of Advisors of both business schools. He serves of the Boards of Appreciative Inquiry Consulting and the Board of Positive Change Core.
Dan is a member of the Taos Institute, NTL, the Academy of Management, the Gestalt International Study Center, and the Society for Organizational Learning. He has a PhD in OD from Benedictine University, an MBA from University of Detroit Mercy and a BA from the University of Pittsburgh.
He lives in Davidson, North Carolina with his wife Carolyn. They have two grown children, Danny and Lauren.
