A Special Request and Personal Invitation to Join

Here is an exciting opportunity for partnership, an effective way to serve the University. As a member, you will determine future apostolic initiatives in tandem with the Jesuits’ own apostolic efforts. Members are invited to meet three Sundays each year with the Jesuits to discuss their apostolic activities and review progress in those areas supported by the Association.

Special UDM Jesuit Associates Mass Cards provide an opportunity for members to remember friends, relatives, and intentions in the masses and prayers of the Jesuit Community.

Membership involves an initial pledge or contribution of $10,000 payable as agreed upon. A special rate of $5,000 is available for members of the University of Detroit Mercy Faculty, Staff, and Administration. All membership contributions can be paid in one lump sum or over time, up to ten years. The gifts may be made to the UDM Jesuits or to the University of Detroit Mercy.

To fund our future apostolic initiatives, there is an annual gift request. This is established with the input of the members and on the recommendation of the Executive Committee of the Association. At the present time these annual dues are $500 payable in January.

All funds are held by the University in the UDM Jesuit Associates Fund. Financial reports are provided to members at each meeting and on an annual basis.
