Support Our Scholars: help them through.

In an effort to respond to the immediate financial needs of our students, the University of Detroit Mercy is launching a six-month fundraising initiative called “Support Our Scholars: help them through” with the specific purpose of raising expendable scholarship dollars.  We encourage all of our alumni and friends to make a gift this fall to the Support Our Scholars Fund.  Awards from this fund will be made available to students with financial need to ensure they do not leave school for financial reasons.

Scholarship support often plays an important role in attracting and retaining students.  In the current economic climate, these funds can make a significant difference to a student in need.  Please take a moment to “meet” some students and find out how they feel about the scholarships they have received.
