Construction Management

Construction Management oversees all capital-funded projects for University of Detroit Mercy.  With the assistance and input from executive management and campus departments, this unit is responsible for all phases of the construction process to include the planning and design of renovation and new construction projects.  Our Construction Management team ensures that all UDM projects run smoothly and result in high level quality and value.  Most recent UDM developments include the relocation of the School of Dentistry to Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. and the construction of the new Multi-Purpose Athletic Field.
