Powerhouse
With at least one personnel working 24/7, 365 days a year, the Powerhouse team is responsible for the following:
- Maintaining mechanical services
- Operating the centrifugal chillers, boilers, and all related equipment
- Monitoring plant equipment, materials, and supplies when delivered
- Chemical treatment and repairs to Powerhouse equipment
- Monitoring mechanical equipment in other buildings using the Energy Management System
- Dispatching during Facility Operations off-hours
