Heating & Cooling

Servicing all three UDM Campuses, the Heating & Cooling Team is responsible for the following:

Temperature control
Monitoring Tridium System which controls temperature throughout UDM campuses
Radiator repair
Servicing, lubricating, and cleaning all refrigeration equipment, HVAC machinery and equipment, steam pipe systems in tunnels and buildings
Repairing boilers, machinery, and equipment
Pipefitting and pipe covering
