Heating & Cooling
Servicing all three UDM Campuses, the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Team is responsible for the following:
- Temperature control
- Monitoring Tridium System, a web-based energy management system which controls temperature throughout UDM campuses
- Steam system repairs
- Servicing, lubricating, and cleaning all refrigeration equipment, HVAC machinery and equipment, steam pipe systems in tunnels and buildings
- Repairing boilers, machinery, and equipment
- Pipefitting and pipe covering
- Dining service equipment maintenance
- Ice and refrigeration equipment repairs
