Greenhouse Plaza Renovation

Description:

Formerly a nonfunctioning greenhouse in disrepair, this space was renovated to now serve as a delightful outdoor sitting, eating, studying, or relaxing plaza for the UDM Community.  

This project included:

• Removal of existing Greenhouse
• Creation of new landscaping including a natural stone cascading fountain
• Completion of new concrete approach and sidewalk
• Installation of metal coping and fascia
• Modification to walls (knee-high height with pyramid coping and plaster finish)
• Plus installation of new benches and picnic tables
