Quad Resident Director Apartment Relocation and Renovation

Description:

Swapping locations with the Wellness Center, the new apartment for the Quad Complex Resident Director is completely redone.  This relocation allows a fresh, comfortable living quarters for the RD and an expanded visitation space for the Wellness Center.

This project included:

• Relocation of apartment to north end of West Quad
• Freshly painted walls throughout the new 7 room apartment
• Installation of new carpet and tiling
• Updating kitchen with new cabinet and appliances
