Gardella Honors House Renovation

Formerly the Gardella Chapel that was rarely used, this building has been renovated to serve as a comfortable study lounge for students of the UDM Honors Program.

The project included:

• Completion of fully adhered roof
• Replacement of the fin tubing for steam radiation heating system
• Installation of single split system air conditioning unit
• Extended wireless internet access to the building
• Cleaning and painting of interior walls
• Refurnishing study space
