Powerhouse
With at least one personnel working 24/7, 365 days a year, the Powerhouse team is responsible for the following:
- Maintain mechanical services
- Operate the centrifugal chillers, boilers, and all related equipment
- Monitor plant equipment, materials, and supplies when delivered
- Chemical treatment, repairs, monitoring of mechanical equipment in other buildings using the Energy Management System,
- Dispatching during Facility Operations off hours
