Enterprise System Project Presentation, Feb. 2007

On Feb. 15, 2007, a presentation was shared with the University community on the decision to move UDM to an enterprise resource planning system. The presentation begins by reviewing the existing systems and their limitations, and the selection process for a new enterprise-wide system.

Some features are discussed of the various enterprise system modules like the Finance, Financial Aid, Human Resources and Student modules. Lastly, the presentation indicates some goals, timeline information and a governance structure for the implementation project.
