Students who are experiencing problems logging into the portal should contact the ITS Helpdesk at 313.993.1500 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where advisor approval is required for registration, students should see their advisor to have them released for registering.
In TitanConnect Self-Service it is recommended students check their registration status to clear any "holds" that may be on their account. Students with holds should contact the departments listed.
