Based upon the observations and principles about the mind and body connection which is now being proven y modern medicine. Substantial research has been conducted to look at the Health Benefits of Yoga - from the Yoga Postures (Asanas), Yoga Breathing (Pranayama), and Meditation.

Since lunch is only 1 hour long, this class gets right to point with a 20 minute core workout. Get in, get out, and get on with your day!
