Based upon the observations and principles about the mind and body connection which is now being proven y modern medicine. Substantial research has been conducted to look at the Health Benefits of Yoga - from the Yoga Postures (Asanas), Yoga Breathing (Pranayama), and Meditation.

Have your resume reviewed by Employer Volunteers!
Employer volunteers will review resumes and assist UDM students and alumni in determining career paths and employment opportunities within their organization. Resume critiques are 15 to 20 minutes in length and offered on a first-come basis. Students who pre-register will be given first preference.

The Annual Red Mass and Renewal of the Lawyer's Oath of Commitment will be held at Ss. Peter & Paul Jesuit Church beginning at 5 p.m., followed by a reception at the School of Law. Register at https://community.udmercy.edu/law-centennial-red-mass/.

Student Programming Board loves the University of Detroit Mercy and we want to show it by bringing the best programs to the UDM community. SPB is operated by undergraduate students through the Student Life Office.
