An advanced form of the popular class to work yourself harder and heavier. Exercises are ramped up for the participants who are looking for a harder workout, deeper burn, and heavier sweat. Not recommended for the sedentary population, but remember it is taught by a licensed professional, so modifications to exercises can be made. High Intensity.
