UDM Theatre Presents: The Empire Builders

French novelist, composer, poet and playwright Boris Vian invites us to observe a world where the DuPont family allows fear of the unknown to overtake their human experience.

Through a combination of pure anxiety, tense humor and unbridled aggression, Leon DuPont fears for his family's life as he forces them to flee from an unseen terrifying threat. In a progression of mounting terror and the blackest of comedy, the family releases their frustration in a frightening hysterical fashion.

Tickets are $20 for general adult admission and $10 for students. There is a discounted adult admission of $17 for seniors, UDM and Marygrove faculty and staff, alumni, donors and Detroit residents.
