Reflections on Mercy, Spirituality, and Justice by Mary Ellen Brody, RSM

Description: Being with the oppressed can awaken one's quest for justice, part of one's spiritual journey. At 6:45 pm Sr. Mary Ellen will spend an hour telling us about her life’s spiritual journey, and how it is connected to social justice. There will be a brief break, and then at 8 pm (until 9) she will be joined by Dr. Gail Presbey, and the two of them will describe their participation in a recent human rights delegation to Honduras in May of 2018. They went to support Padre Melo (Ismael Moreno, S.J.) & the work of the Sisters of Mercy in Honduras.
