[9:30am] Decades Dash 5k and Fun Run
Description:
Lace up for a groovy race! The second annual Detroit Decades Dash “time-warped” again, this time to the 1970’s and we couldn’t be more excited! Whether you’re running in the Fun Run, 5K or strutting your stuff in our costume contest, join us for a funky time! The course will run from the McNichols Campus through the beautiful neighborhoods north of Detroit Mercy. Participants will receive a race shirt and custom medal. Cash prizes will be award for best male, female and group costumes!


[10:30am] Uptown Bike Ride
Description:
Join us for a 10-12 mile guided bike tour through the neighborhoods surrounding campus. Bike rentals are available through Wheelhouse Detroit at an added charge. Visit wheelhousedetroit.squarespace.com/detroit-mercy or follow instructions provided after you register to secure your bike rental. Cost of admission is $10 per person.

Description:
Festival of activities including informative displays from all colleges, promotions from community businesses, beer garden (for those over 21) , and food trucks. Fun for the whole family Young children and parents are welcome to enjoy some nitrogen ice cream, face painting, bounce-house, lawn games and other high-energy activities at the Kid Discovery Zone. Families can also search high and low for clues on campus at our Scavenger Hunt. Pick one up in the Expo tent.
