Description:
If you are a busy person (and you know you are!)then take 30 minutes each day for a week to meet with a spiritual guide and pray about your life. More info can be picked up in the U. Ministry office (student center, across from the bookstore)

FREE FITNESS CLASS! An advanced form of the popular class to work yourself harder and heavier. Exercises are ramped up for the participants who are looking for a harder workout, deeper burn, and heavier sweat. Not recommended for the sedentary population, but remember it is taught by a licensed professional, so modifications to exercises can be made. High Intensity.
