Description:
Similar to the regular Body Blast Fitness class. Exercises are ramped up for the participants who are looking for a harder workout, deeper burn, and heavier sweat. Not recommended for the sedentary population, but remember it is taught by a licensed professional, so modifications to exercises can be made.

Description:
The Body Blast Fitness Class features a mixture of core, aerobic and resistance training for a full body workout in just 45 minutes. It is designed so all the exercises can be modified for participants of ALL FITNESS LEVELS.

Description:

Based upon the observations and principles about the mind and body connection which is now being proven y modern medicine. Substantial research has been conducted to look at the Health Benefits of Yoga - from the Yoga Postures (Asanas), Yoga Breathing (Pranayama), and Meditation.
