- Similar to the regular Body Blast Fitness class. Exercises are ramped up for the participants who are looking for a harder workout, deeper burn, and heavier sweat. Not recommended for the sedentary population, but remember it is taught by a licensed professional, so modifications to exercises can be made.

- The Body Blast Fitness Class features a mixture of core, aerobic and resistance training for a full body workout in just 45 minutes. It is designed so all the exercises can be modified for participants of ALL FITNESS LEVELS.

In honor of Halloween, we are showing the 1932 classic film "Frankenstein." We will have free Pizza, Popcorn, Pop and Candy and costumes are encouraged, but not mandatory. All are invited!
We are Phi Alpha Theta, the National Historical Honor Society at UDM. For Halloween we thought it would be fun to put on a free movie night for students, or anyone else who wishes to join, in order to raise awareness for our group and display how much fun history can be! Anyone with an interest in history can attend our meetings and if you have a 3.1 GPA in your history courses, with a minimum of 12 credit hours, you can become an official member.
