- Similar to the regular Body Blast Fitness class. Exercises are ramped up for the participants who are looking for a harder workout, deeper burn, and heavier sweat. Not recommended for the sedentary population, but remember it is taught by a licensed professional, so modifications to exercises can be made.

- The Body Blast Fitness Class features a mixture of core, aerobic and resistance training for a full body workout in just 45 minutes. It is designed so all the exercises can be modified for participants of ALL FITNESS LEVELS.

Based upon the observations and principles about the mind and body connection which is now being proven y modern medicine. Substantial research has been conducted to look at the Health Benefits of Yoga - from the Yoga Postures (Asanas), Yoga Breathing (Pranayama), and Meditation.
