Haven’t received an award letter?

Financial aid applications are commonly selected for verification.  Verification is a process where income documents and some simple personal information are compared to the data listed on the student’s Student Aid Report.  Please return requested documents to the financial aid office as soon as possible.  The Verification Form  is available on the financial aid web site.

Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Probation Contracts

Contracts for students not meeting SAP standards are mailed prior to the start of the term for which the student is on probation.  The contracts must be signed by the student and the student’s academic advisor and returned before any federal or state aid can be applied to the student’s account.

Students who are offered contracts and show progress, but do not yet meet SAP standards may be offered contracts for subsequent terms until he or she finally meet the requirements.

Who can you talk to if you have questions?

Each student is assigned to a Financial aid Advisor. Advisors are available by phone, e-mail and walk-in office visits.
