The College of Business Administration's Alumni Week was held March 18-22, 2002. During the week, UDM alumni made presentations and hosted discussions during students' classes, with many opportunities for socializing and networking. The activities and interaction allow students to gain understanding of both the business world and the accomplishments of UDM alumni.

One of the centerpieces of the week was the lunch and panel discussion, moderated by Dean Gary Giamartino. This year's topic was "Shareholder Value," and the panel included Martin Welch III (BusAd '70, MBA '73), former Chief Financial Officer, Kmart; Ina G. Fernandez (MBA '74), Senior Portfolio Manager, Munder Capital Management; and David A. VanEgmond (BusAd '81) Tax Partner, PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
