Summer Reading Programs for Children and Adults

Programs on Campus and over 19 other locations throughout Michigan

For an enjoyable activity with lifelong benefits, we recommend one of our eight different reading skills programs designed and taught by instructors from the Institute of Reading Development. Programs have been offered as a community service by the University of Detroit Mercy Special Programs since 1996.

Monday-Friday: 8 a.m.-10 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m.-7 
Sunday: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

For program locations and schedules in your area, select a program level above. The summer reading programs are available in Ann Arbor, Bloomfield Hills, Brighton, Canton, Clinton Township, Dearborn, Detroit, East Lansing, Flint, Grand Rapids, Grosse Pointe Farms, Kalamazoo, Livonia, Northville, Rochester, Southfield, Troy, Warren and other locations throughout the area.
