Prerequisites:

Audition into BFA or permission of chair.


An exploration of selected topics in the advanced development of the actor's process, business and instrument. Each semester is devoted to one of the following: imagination and creativity which uncovers emotional blocks and connects right-brain/left-brain activities; advanced process work using plays from modern drama; auditioning techniques and the business of being an actor; and scene study of the plays of Shakespeare through the work of John Barton.
