Prerequisites: HSA 101 HSA 330 or HSA 345 Basic Excel, word processing and Internet skills. A survey of concepts and methodologies basic to a variety of managerial disciplines that are directly applicable to the management of health service organizations. Emphasis is placed on the development of a decision-making approach to current issues in the management of health service organizations through the use of case studies.
