MBA 5850 Organizational Bahavior: Organizational Development

Prerequisites:
MBA 5140 (Minimum Grade of C, May not be taken concurrently)


In this course, students examine organizational change models and processes such as action research, dialogue, and transformational change. They will practice related skills such as learning how to learn, understanding resistance to change, and creating a culture of organizational change. Ethical implications of organizational change and development will be considered (Not open to students who have completed BTM 5350)
