This course serves as a gateway into the MBA program. Topics related to three levels of human system (person, group, and society) are introduced: personal development, team development, and social responsibility. Topics include personal values and goals. ethics in business, team roles and processes, role of free markets, sustainable growth, global commerce, governance of the firm, transparency, and business-government relations.
