ADS 5110 Theories of Addiction

ADS 5090 (Minimum Grade of C, May not be taken concurrently)


This second course in a series of three presumes a basic understanding of the various drugs of addiction. It is a reflective exploration of the personal and social meaning of addiction and a critical appraisal of the theories developed to explain it. An important diagnostic component is included in the course.
