The course presents concepts encompassing strategic impact, technology integration, managing rapidly evolving technologies, IT sourcing policies, application development process and partnerships and constituencies. The course aims to prepare leaders in managing the use of information, systems and technology to harness the power of new technologies to make better decisions and more effectively manage organizations, thereby enabling them to compete more effectively.
