A study of the role that state and federal laws play in shaping the health care delivery system. Included is the identification of how legal requirements affect the delivery of health care , such as DNR orders, informed consent, antitrust violations along with the research compliance issues, civil and criminal liability for torts, fraud and civil violation in the delivery of health care.
