Scholarly writing that tells the story of educational research is an essential skill for the professional educator. This course is designed to enable students to critically review research and prepare students to conduct their own research projects. Students will learn to develop a researchable problem, conduct a literature review, and develop a methodology for conducting research on that problem. The culminating activity for this class is a written research proposal and presentation of that proposal to the class.
