I chose UDM because:

It is a small university that offers a quality education and a relationship with professors. You're not just a number at UDM. The university also offered me a great financial aid package that made a private school education possible. The biggest draw, however, was the Six-Year BS/DDS program that I am a participant in. It allows me to receive my Bachelor's in Science and Doctorate of Dental Surgery in six years, two years fewer than the traditional eight at a renowned dental school, the UDM Dental School.

Best Advice to give prospective college students:

The have two pieces of advice that could greatly benefit college students' college career. The first is to do well in high school and try to also get involved in different organizations, teams, and groups. Your hard work will pay off in financial aid, program opportunities, and testing out of classes. Secondly, I would advise a prospective student to practice time management. It is one of the greatest skills you can have as a college student. It is important to have fun here, but also to get in your study time and be the best student you can.

My biggest college surprise was:

My biggest college surprise is how quickly it is all going by. It seems that I was just getting dropped off by my parents for PTV and now I'm at the end of sophomore year.

Career Goal:

I would like to eventually become a dentist.

Name one great thing about UDM:

The one-on-one attention and guidance that you can get from your professors is definitely a great thing about UDM.
