Carl Schmidt, M.D., D.A.B.F.P., is Chief Medical Examiner at the Wayne County Medical Examiners Office in Detroit, Michigan. He is also an Associate Professor of Forensic Pathology in the Department of Pathology at the University of Michigan Medical School.
