Biography

Chair and Professor of Criminal Justice Studies and Director of Human Services. Homant teaches deviant behavior and corrections courses, statistics and research methods and victimology. He has published more than 100 professional articles regarding police behavior and offender rehabilitation. Homant currently researches factors affecting perceptions of legitimacy of the criminal justice system.
