Why you’re going to love my class
I teach the complex medical side of nursing — the real meat and potatoes. It's a lot of information to cover, so I organize it before class even rolls out so it's manageable. And you'll know what's expected on a weekly basis to achieve high marks.
Great things for you at UDM
Technology is well supported at UDM. Nowadays, most classes have an online component. We also have mannequins that simulate human symptoms — including lifelike wheezing sounds — for health assessments. We get whatever we need to enhance the courses.
“We want great things for you” means
We understand student needs come first. It's not about us, the faculty. Although we're engaged in research and projects, our focus on a daily basis is teaching students.
My favorite part about teaching you is
Your eagerness to learn. But I guess that's the nature of this practice. In nursing, you need to be spot-on with medical knowledge. You can't wing it because it's life and death.
